40 King Street

This exciting transformation of a building in the heart of St Helier, blends historic character with contemporary design. This project involved the creation of four 2-bed apartments, a penthouse and a retail unit, within an existing building. Works included external stonework and render façade, internal remodelling and refurbishment and the addition of a top-floor storey for the penthouse apartment. New windows and full internal and external redecoration.

Heritage Farm

Fourteen luxurious homes, blending the needs of modern living with the charm and character of an old property, have been provided following the completion of the Heritage Farm development at St Clement. Situated in the heart of the countryside, this latest project from Style Homes has seen the old farmhouse brought back to its former glory and turned into six one- and two-bedroom apartments. Adjoining barns and outbuildings have also been converted into six houses, while two cottages complete the development.
As main contractor, AC Mauger’s scope of works included full refurbishment of existing buildings to modern standards, full M&E works, internal and external decoration, 2 new build cottages, new windows, doors and external landscaping.

Private Residence

This project comprised full refurbishment and modernisation of an existing property. Finished to a high specification throughout, with new windows and an orangery, insulation, full M&E services and external landscaping.

The Spire

This project was a transformation from an old commercial unit to the creation of 12 modern, spacious apartments in St Helier. Finished to a high specification throughout, the works included full M&E services, new windows / doors and works associated with the creation of the terrace and private parking.

Keel House

This project comprised demolition of an old house and new-build construction of six one and two-bedroomed apartments in St Helier. Keel House embraces the Victorian architecture prominent in the local area, whilst creating modern and comfortable living spaces. Finished to a high specification throughout, each with private terrace or balcony and private parking, the works include full M&E services. Access to the site was very difficult which made detailed planning and timings crucial.

Park Place

Taking an existing 2 storey reinforced concrete building, addition of a third floor and making relevant adaptations to create eight one- and two-bedroom apartments on a quiet lane in St Helier, close to Millenium Park. Improving energy efficiency through insulated render system and new windows. Works also included creation of external parking and bike storage.

Sunwin

Construction of two, high-specification, semi-detached homes in St Peter. Traditional in style but contemporary in detail using high quality materials and detailing to provide maximum comfort and energy efficiency. Timber-frame construction, white rendered, external blockwork walls, natural slate, pitched roofs, anthracite grey, seamless aluminium gutters and matching double-glazed acoustic windows.

Construction of two luxury three floor dwellings including landscaping works and stabilisation of the rock face.

Removal of roof structure and replacement at higher ridge line, combined with complete refurbishment of ground, first and second floors and extension to the utility room.

Design and construction of three large executive apartments overlooking St Aubin’s Bay. Each apartment offers from 1200 to 1700 square feet of pure luxurious accommodation.

Clos de Paradis

This project comprised a mix of fully refurbished houses and fourteen new houses for Clos de Paradis Trust, including new infrastructure works to the estate, a new road layout with hard and soft landscaping.

The second phase of this project consisted of the total refurbishment of sixteen houses e second phase of this project consisted of the total refurbishment of sixteen houses and twelve new build homes. This project completed 10 weeks ahead of programme.
