Jersey Archive
The project consisted of the construction of a new 3 storey building as an extension to the existing Jersey Archive, together with an extension to and internal alterations within the existing building. The construction process required specialist techniques and rigorous checks to minimise moisture in the build process.

De Gruchy's Next Store
The De Gruchy project was split into two main components, a section of new build and the refurbishment of a part of the existing De Gruchy store.

Redevelopment of Jacksons showrooms and workshops. Demolition of existing buildings, design and construction of new showroom for Jaguar/Land Rover

Style House
Design and construction of two storey office building including fit-out and landscaping for the Style Group headquarters.

Lakeside Manor Care Home
This award winning project comprised the design and construction of a sixty six bed main residential care home building, offering specialist care to elderly, frail and complex dementia residents.

Waitrose
Design and build of new Waitrose supermarket with underground parking, offices and twelve residential units.
