Public Sector

Below you will find our completed public sector projects. From iconic structures such as the Airport Control Tower to the award winning Energy from Waste, we have worked on a wide range of projects in this sector.

Beaulieu Sports Hall

A new build sports facility on the Beaulieu School Site, comprising 40mx25m sports hall over ground floor dance studios, fitness suites, changing rooms, offices, storage and plant room. This included adaptation of existing buildings to form a two-storey connection link to existing school buildings and amendments to internal layout and circulation. There was also external extensive excavation and concrete retaining structures. The works included high end fit out and full MEP/AC throughout.

Clinique Pinel

Reconfiguration, extension and refurbishment of both Clinique Pinel and Rosewood House, to form wider and more extensive mental health facilities. Included provision of 26 new en-suite bedrooms, new tribunal suite, new intensive care area and specialist considerations to create a safe and secure, harm-free environment.  This was a complex phased project as the premises were occupied, meaning the Works had to be sequenced with certain noise controls.

Energy From Waste

This award winning project comprised the construction of a plant store followed by the installation of fifteen bespoke working platforms, all within the existing and fully operational Energy from Waste facility.

Trinity School

Construction of a two storey extension to Trinity Primary School and internal works including installation of a lift to all floors, upgrade and integration of site heating, electrical services and data hub.

Nicolle Close

This project for Andium Homes comprised the refurbishment of two blocks containing a total of twenty 2 bed maisonettes and the upgrading of common areas.  The works included external cladding system, re-roofing, new windows and new M&E services.

Brooklyn Court

Construction of twenty three apartments on five levels on a vacant site including ground level parking and amenity spaces at first floor and roof level.

Waste Recycling Centre

Construction of a single storey steel framed building with a large recycling hall, mezzanine offices and storage areas on the ground and first floor.

Airport Control Tower

Construction of two storey main operations building linked at both levels to a thirty nine metre tower covered in curved aluminium rain screen cladding.

Le Squez Phase 1B

Refurbishment of existing house and build of sixty four new homes and apartments. Timber framed with traditional structures, the works included extensive hard landscaping.

Le Squez Phase 2C

Construction of ten 1 bedroom apartments, nine 2 bedroom apartments, two 3 bedroom apartments and three 3 bedroom houses, together with a communal courtyard with planted areas and seating.
