DE GRUCHY

This award winning project at the De Gruchy comprised the development of a new retail unit and the completed refurbishment of the existing store, including the installation of a new staircase and escalators, new air conditioning and lighting systems. The works also included the creation of a new suite of offices over two floors, significant upgrades to back of house and staff facilities and the refurbishment of two restaurants and a beauty salon. Works were completed over 9 phases enabling the store to trade over the complete project duration.

VOISINS MENSWEAR

This project required a full refurbishment including a variety of different floor finishes, tiling, partitioning, ceiling alterations, M&E installations and branded shop fit installations.

NEXT STORE

Style Interiors completed a 20,000 square foot fit out in a newly built store over two floors. The works involved the construction of back of house stores, canteen and offices, together with changing rooms and toilets. The shop floor finish included MF and slatted ceiling, wall perimeter units, areas of polished plaster, purpose built joinery units and tiled floors throughout.

JERSEY POST BROAD STREET

This was a two phased project with phase 1 being to separate upper floor offices for sub letting and then phase 2 to completely refurbish the post office facility on the ground floor whilst keeping it operational. Works involved the strip out of existing and formation of new offices and fit out including M&E, partitioning, decoration, flooring and joinery. On the ground floor new service counters were installed with adaption works to M&E and decoration, flooring and ceiling works

VOISINS BEAUTY DEPARTMENT

Style Interiors relationship with Voisin’s Department Store goes back many years and we were delighted to have been chosen to carry out the total refurbishment of the Beauty Department.

The project involved installing temporary hoardings and the works carried out in three phases so the store could still trade the Beauty Department as a smaller offering, The existing fixtures and fittings were stripped out along with existing lighting and floor tiling, the plasterboard ceilings were made good and decorated and new light fittings installed. Following the removal of the tiled flooring new chases were cut out of hours to allow the necessary electrical and data cables to be installed to island merchandising unit, one all these were but a new membrane was installed and new tiling laid and grouted. Once the floors were tiles the new merchandising units were installed and when complete the merchandising units were stocked and we could move on to the next phase. Programming was critical to ensure the works progressed in the correct sequence and the new merchandising units were supplied in the correct order and the works completed for the Christmas trading period.
